General Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to the paid use of PDF.beauty. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Service

The Service provides AI-powered conversion of PDF files to editable PPTX format. The specific features and limits are defined on our Pricing Page.

3. Payment and Credits

3.1. Payments are processed through our payment partners.

3.2. Page Credits: One-time purchase credits do not expire. 1 credit is consumed per page processed.

3.3. Free Trial: Daily free credits reset every 24 hours and do not roll over.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for unused credits. If you have used any part of the purchased credits, the right to a refund is excluded.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. We strive for the highest accuracy, but we do not guarantee perfect results for all PDF types.

5.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Contract Duration

For subscriptions, the contract renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. One-time purchases remain valid until credits are consumed.
